All file conversion, compression, and editing tools on Filezons run entirely within your web browser. Your files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to, or stored on, our servers.
If you create a Filezons account or subscribe to Filezons Pro, we collect basic account details such as your name and email address in order to manage your subscription and provide support.
If you use AI Studio features (available on Filezons Pro), the text you submit is sent to our AI service provider to generate a response. Files you convert with other tools are not part of this — only content you explicitly type into AI Studio is transmitted.
We use minimal cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used and to keep it running smoothly. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Since file processing happens locally, we have no copies of your converted files to retain or delete. Account information is kept for as long as your account remains active.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information at any time by contacting info@filezons.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Filezons after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
